What Is Nitrogen Ice Cream?

Liquid nitrogen ice creams are one of the most trendy desserts on the cooking show scene. Seen in michelin star restaurants around the world, the art of using liquid nitrogen in food & drink has been explored in depth. Your ice cream mix is flash frozen in -210 degree nitrogen.

Our nitrogen ice cream bar hire packages use this process to create small ice crystals compared to traditional freezing. The small crystals prevent the ice cream from tasting grainy and provide a delicious smooth texture to our ice cream mixes.
